Adoption Act 1976
4. Amend the Adoption Act 1976(1) as follows.
(1)
1976 c. 36; the whole Act (except Part 4 and Schedule 2, paragraph 6) is repealed by the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (c. 38), Schedule 5, with effect from a day to be appointed by the Secretary of State.
