The parish members of the Board shall be appointed, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, by the parish councils and parish meetings specified in Part IV of that Schedule (being collectively the parish councils for parishes the whole or any part of which is comprised in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the parish meetings of any of those parishes which do not have separate parish councils).
