Water supply: England and Wales55

Nothing in Part 2 of this Act or any regulations or order made under that Part shall apply in relation to the supply of water to any premises, whether—

a

by a water undertaker;

b

by a licensed water supplier (within the meaning of the Water Industry Act 1991); or

c

by means of a private supply (within the meaning of Part 3 of that Act).
