Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Modifications of Schedule 5) (No. 3) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st March 2006.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Scotland Act 1998.
