This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A of the Mobile Homes Act 19831;
In accordance with section 2A(5) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted such organisations as appeared to her to be representative of interests substantially affected by the Order and such other persons as she considered appropriate;
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 2A(6) of that Act and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;
