The Big Lottery Fund (Prescribed Expenditure) Order 2006

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(3A) and (3B) and 36B(3) and (4) of the National Lottery etc. Act 19931.
In accordance with sections 22(3C)2 and 36B(5) of that Act she has consulted the Big Lottery Fund3, National Assembly for Wales, Scottish Ministers and the Northern Ireland Department for Culture, Arts and Leisure.
In accordance with section 60(2)4 of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
