2.—(1) Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003(1) is amended by omitting the words “and Montenegro” after “Serbia” and by inserting “Montenegro,” after “Monaco,”.
(2) Article 3(2) of that Order is amended by inserting “Bosnia and Herzegovina,” after “Azerbaijan,”.
