1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Excepted Vehicles (Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979) Order 2006.
(2) Except for articles 11 and 12, which come into force on 1st April 2008, this Order comes into force on 1st April 2007.
