This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred on Her Majesty by section 189 of the Energy Act 20041.
A draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament pursuant to section 192(3) of the Energy Act 2004.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:
