In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 197013 (social services functions), in the entry relating to the Mental Health Act 1983, for “Mental Health Review Tribunals” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal or the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales”.
