Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 24(2) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 20061.
In accordance with section 24(6) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the persons whose functions are specified in this Order and such other persons as the Secretary of State considered appropriate.
In accordance with section 24(9) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
