1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levy Ceiling) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force—
(a)for the purposes of this article and article 2, on 31st March 2010; and
(b)for the purposes of article 3, on 1st April 2010.
