Where the applicant is a group of public bodies, the information in paragraph 2 is required only in respect of the following in that group—
a
a government department;
b
the Scottish Ministers;
c
the Welsh Assembly Government;
d
a Northern Ireland Department;
e
a local authority;
f
a university;
g
for a group which does not include a public body described in sub-paragraphs (a) to (f), the body in the group intended to be the account holder in respect of the compliance account.
