Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1, 2, 5, 9, 10, 15, 16, 18, 19, and 21 of Schedule 19C to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 20001.
The Secretary of State has consulted the Electoral Commission pursuant to paragraphs 17(1) and (3) of Schedule 19C to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 20002.
In accordance with section 156(4A) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
