Application of other companies insolvency legislation to building societies10
Section 90A of the 1986 Act (application of other companies insolvency legislation to building societies)18 applies in relation to a relevant building society as if—
a
after “England and Wales” in paragraph (c) there were inserted “, Scotland”;
b
after “receivers and managers” in that paragraph there were inserted “, receivers or administrative receivers”.
