The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(6) and 47 of the Higher Education Act 20041.
In accordance with section 26(2)(a)(ii) of the Act a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
