Consequential amendment of the Broadcasting Act 199010.

The Broadcasting Act 19905 is amended as follows.

1990 c.42. Sections 5 and 88 were amended by sections 73 and 136 of, and Schedules 2 (paragraphs 12 and 13) and 8 (paragraphs 2 and 6) to, the Broadcasting Act 1996 (c.55) and sections 350(2), 360(3) and 406(7) of, and Schedules 15 (paragraphs 3 and 35) and 19 to, the Communications Act 2003.
