CHAPTER 1Eligible installations
Eligible installations4

A plant meets the criteria for being an eligible installation (“the eligibility criteria”) if—
a
regulation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 applies;
b
the plant satisfies the requirements set out in regulation 12(1);
c
regulation 15 does not apply; and
d
the plant satisfies the requirements set out in Chapter 3.
