26.  In regulation 1(3), in the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Addysg (Cyflenwi Gwybodaeth) (Cymru) 2009), for “Bwrdd Gwahardd Annibynnol” substitute “Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd”.
