Rule 36 (voting by persons with disabilities)30 applies as if after paragraph (4A) there were inserted—

The same list may be used under paragraph (4) for the local election and the European Parliamentary election and, where it is so used, an entry in that list must be taken to mean that the votes were given in accordance with this rule in respect of each election, unless the list identifies the election at which the vote was so given.
