5. Rule 21 (postal ballot papers)(1) applies as if in paragraph (1), after “identity in the” there were inserted “relevant”.
Rule 21 was amended by S.I. 1972/1264; S.I. 1987/168; and S.I. 2010/2977. In addition, section 4 of, and the Schedule to, the Elections Act 2001 (c. 7) made a non-textual amendment when local elections are combined with parliamentary elections.
