Section 41 of the 1995 Act22 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), in the opening words, for “section 42” substitute “sections 41B, 41C and 42”.

After subsection (10) insert—

10A

Any power of the Secretary of State to make regulations under this section is exercisable in relation to Wales only after consultation with the Welsh Ministers.
