In this Order—

• “the 1967 Act” means the Forestry Act 19674;

• “the 1995 Act” means the Environment Act 19955;

• “the 1998 Act” means the Government of Wales Act 19986;

• “the 1999 Order” means the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 19997.
