These Regulations may be cited as the Income Support (Work-Related Activity) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2014 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

In these Regulations—

• “action plan” means an action plan given in accordance with regulation 3;

• “working day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 19716.
