The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 129(2A) and (2B) of the Housing Act 1985(1) and with the consent of the Treasury.
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 129(2B) of the Housing Act 1985 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
