Statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not payable after the day before the first anniversary of the date on which C was placed for adoption (or where more than one child is placed for adoption through a single placement, the first anniversary of the date of placement of the first child).

Statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not payable to A before the end of A’s adoption pay period.
