3. In the closing words of section 46(3) of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951(1) (payments to make up civil remuneration), for “his widow” substitute “that person’s surviving spouse, surviving civil partner”.

Section 46(3) was amended by S.I. 2014/560.
