1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Microchipping of Dogs (England) Regulations 2014;
(b)come into force on the day after the day on which they are made;
(c)cease to have effect at the end of the period of seven years beginning with the day on which they come into force; and
(d)apply in England.
