26.—(1) Section 19 (conversion and delisting) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), at the end insert “or suspended”.
(3) After that subsection insert—
“(3) Where the listing of securities is suspended in accordance with a share transfer instrument or order, those securities are to be treated for the purposes of section 96 of, and paragraph 23(6) of Schedule 1ZA to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1) as still being listed.”.
