1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010(1)
