(1)

The Pensions Act 199528 is amended as follows.

(2)

After section 4(1)(b) (suspension orders)29 insert—

“(ba)

where an application has been made under section 263H of the Insolvency Act 198630 for an order making him bankrupt and the application has not been determined,”.

(3)

In section 29(1)(b)31 (persons disqualified for being trustees) for “adjudged” substitute “made”.
