The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 42(1) and (4), 43(1), (3) and (5) to (9), 44, 45, 47(1) to (3), 48(3), 69(6) and (8)(b), 71(1)(a) and (2) and 161(2) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015(1).
In accordance with sections 73(1) and 161(4) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
