PART 1 General

Citation, commencement and extent

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016;

(b) come into force on 26th May 2016 or, if later, on the day after the day on which they are made; and

(c) extend to England and Wales.
