The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) and (3)(b) of the Northern Ireland (Stormont Agreement and Implementation Plan) Act 20161, makes the following Regulations.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by each House of Parliament in accordance with section 10(2)(a) of that Act.
