Title, commencement and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Collection of Fines etc. (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2017.

This Order comes into force —
a
on the day after the day on which it is made, or
b
if section 18 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 20162 has not come into force by then, at the same time as it does.

This Order extends to Northern Ireland only.
