Coming into force
The Lord Chancellor, in relation to judicial offices for which he is the appropriate Minister within the meaning of section 30 of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 19931, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of that Act2.
In accordance with section 29(2A) of that Act3 a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Pensions (Fee-Paid Judges) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
