The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 351 of the Gambling Act 2005(1).
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 355(6) of that Act.
1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Amendment of Schedule 6) Order 2018 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. In Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (exchange of information)(2)—
(a)omit—
(i)“The European Rugby Cup Limited (incorporated in Ireland)”;
(ii)“The International Rugby Board”; and
(iii)“The London Marathon Limited”; and
(b)insert the following entries in the appropriate places—
(i)“Darts Regulation Authority”;
(ii)“English Table Tennis Association Limited”;
(iii)“European Professional Club Rugby (established in Switzerland)”;
(iv)“International Paralympic Committee (established in Germany)”;
(v)“Irish Rugby Football Union (established in Ireland)”;
(vi)“Ladies European Tour Limited”;
(vii)“London Marathon Events Limited”;
(viii)“RLEF Limited”;
(ix)“The Tennis Integrity Unit”;
(x)“United Kingdom Anti-Doping Limited”; and
(xi)“World Rugby Limited (incorporated in Ireland)”.

This Order amends Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”).
Part 3 of Schedule 6 lists bodies to which the Gambling Commission may, under section 30 of the Act, provide information received by it in the exercise of its functions. The Order amends Part 3 to update the names of three existing entries and add eight new persons and bodies.
An Explanatory Memorandum has been prepared by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and is available alongside this Order on the UK Legislation website, www.legislation.gov.uk.
Part 3 of Schedule 6 was amended by S.I. 2007/2101 and S.I. 2012/1633.
