15.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£83.10” substitute “£85.60”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£55.65” substitute “£57.30”;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c) for “£22.00” substitute “£22.65”;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£58.00” substitute “£59.75”; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£22.00” substitute “£22.65”.
