Amendment of the Nurses and Midwives (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 20044
For article 8 (annotations denoting visiting nurses or midwives from relevant European States)31 substitute—
Annotations denoting visiting nurses, midwives or nursing associates from relevant European States8
The entries in the register are to include such annotation as the Council considers appropriate to denote that a registrant is a visiting nurse, midwife or nursing associate from a relevant European State.
