1. This Order may be cited as the West Midlands Combined Authority (Business Rate Supplements Functions and Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. In this Order—
“the 2009 Act” means the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009;
“the BRS Act” means the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009(1);
“the WMCA” means the West Midlands Combined Authority(2).

The West Midlands Combined Authority was established by the West Midlands Combined Authority Order 2016, S.I. 2016/653.
