The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 121(4) of the Government of Wales Act 2006(1).
In accordance with section 121(5) of that Act(2) a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
2006 c.32; section 121(4) was inserted by section 20(5) of the Wales Act 2014 (c.29) (the “2014 Act”).
