Amendment of the Pensions Act 1995

3.—(1) The Pensions Act 1995(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 49 (other responsibilities of trustees, employers, etc), in subsection (8A)—

(a) omit paragraph (b), and

(b) in paragraph (c), omit the words after “Bank of England”.
