7.—(1) The Statutory Sick Pay (Mariners, Airmen and Persons Abroad) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982(1) are amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In regulation 4 (persons in other member States – meaning of “employee”)—
(a)in the heading, omit “other”;
(b)in paragraph (a), omit “other than the United Kingdom”.
