A draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolutions of both Houses of Parliament pursuant to paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20181.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, makes the following Regulations:
