28.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Member-nominated Trustees and Directors) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2), in the definition of “insurer” omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it.
