Amendment of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999

4.—(1) The Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 5 (pension credits: mode of discharge), in paragraph 6(2)(a) (qualifying arrangements), omit “or any other EEA state”.
