The Financial Markets and Insolvency Regulations 199123 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7 (interpretation of Part V)24 omit the definition of “EEA CSD”.

In regulation 11A (extent to which charge granted in favour of recognised CSD to be treated as market charge)25—

in the opening words of paragraph (2), for “an EEA CSD or” substitute “a”;
