In paragraph 1, for “the Union” (in both places) substitute “the United Kingdom”.

before “processing” (in the first place) insert “relevant”;

for “the Union” (in each place) substitute “the United Kingdom”.

After paragraph 2 insert—

In paragraph 2, “relevant processing of personal data” means processing to which this Regulation applies, other than processing described in Article 2(1)(a) or (b) or (1A).
