Article 95 is amended as follows.

For “the Union” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

For “Directive 2002/58/EC” substitute “domestic law made before exit day implementing Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12th July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector”.
