2.  In section 202(4) of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (restriction on use of class BDP warrants)(1), in the definition of “sensitive personal data”, for “section 2(a) to (f) of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “section 86(7)(a) to (e) of the Data Protection Act 2018”.
